Pros +
- The facilities, staff, and decorations
- Personnel above any expectations. Superina professional, always available and willing to help and support customers.Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are super clean.Breakfast simply incredible, one of the best. Will definitely be my first choice in Shanghai
- I loved the staff support and help, they made our stay super easy specially guiding us and helping us book for attractions. The hotel is new and classy and the breakfast options were amazing
Cons -
- 1- The first room was polluted by smoke smell, the second was clean, but our neighbor was smoking all the time, and the staff did not take any action.2- There was no Halal food in the hotel restaurant as well as the nearby restaurants.

- Laundry service price is unreasonably high. Buying new clothes seems a cheaper option than doing laundry at the hotel.

Nice room and Nice service, the location is not really far from the city center but you can get the high quality servive and bigger room in this hotel.
Exceptional
bad smell in the shower room beside the swimming pool, and also the sauna.would be perfect if being improved
the clean rooms and great breakfast
the slow check in process & room service . Unfortunately the bar was staffed with people that had no idea how to make drinks & many drinks on the list unavailable .
Parkview and the good restaurant near the hotel with lot of neons. Breakfast was ok
The room 620 that we had was smelling the cigarette at our arrival. The mattress was not good, seemed to be old same as the pillows. Minibar was empty. Not enough electric plugsThe room seemed to be old Moe and more hotels are renewed with a cheaper price and better location. The renewing is something to get in consideration
- modern, clean, well maintained property- immaculate daily room make up - gym with daylight and view - great views of Daning Park- Daning Park across the street - fast WIFI- good breakfast, mix of Western and Asian - coffee maker (French press) and ground powder available in room - 10min to subway station
- coffee during breakfast could be improved (instant?)
Well designed rooms and comfortable bed. Bathroom well arranged with nice shower and bath tub.
Excellent location. Lots of dining options nearby.
